Welcome to DormMunch. By accessing our website or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Service

DormMunch provides a technology platform that allows users to order food and snacks produced by our Restaurant Partner. We facilitate the transaction, process payments, and manage the physical delivery of items to your location.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Payments and Billing

• Authorized Charges: By placing an order, you authorize DormMunch Technologies, Inc. to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including delivery and service fees.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed via Stripe. We do not store sensitive cardholder data on our own servers.
• Pricing: Prices for items are displayed in the app and are subject to change based on restaurant partner availability.

4. Delivery and Fulfillment

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant partner production delays. You must be available at the provided address to receive the delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we partner with reputable producers, DormMunch is a delivery and technology platform. We are not responsible for the preparation of the food or any allergic reactions/health issues resulting from products prepared by our Restaurant Partner. Users are encouraged to contact the restaurant partner directly for specific ingredient inquiries.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Boston, Massachusetts.
